BOA Levy Dispute
Sent via BOA secure online banking email system November 8, 2003 at 3:30 pm EST.
To Bank of America:
My account has been levied by the IRS.
I do not agree with this assessment.
I dispute the Levy.
I hearby demand an answer to these two
questions immediately.
1. What law gives the IRS the authority to
levy, lien, and confiscate my money?
2. What law requires the bank to comply with
the the IRS levy, lien, and confiscation of my
money?
Consider that you have hereby been put on
official notice that my money has been stolen
and I am demanding that you return it
immediately.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely
Doug Kenline

Telephone Call From The IRS
On my way home from work tonight I received a telephone call on my cell phone while driving in my car. It was Ms. Sonya Grier employee number 5810236. Caller ID says 404-338-8999.
I spoke with her while driving home. It's only 3 miles between home and work. We talked about setting up an appointment at their office at 401 West Peachtree here in Atlanta. I advised Ms. Grier that I was in my automobile and would have to get inside to my desk in order to take some notes and check my calendar.
She held the line while I got inside the house and turned on my computer and got pencil and paper and such.
I advised Ms. Grier that I would like to know if the IRS had on my file the 5 tax termination CD's from Bob Schulz that I had sent them via certified mail. Ms. Grier advised me that she could only set up an appointment for me with some unnamed next available representative.
She could not answer any questions over the telephone. She could only set up in house appointments. She tried to give me some other 800 number where representatives could answer questions by telephone but her office could only answer questions face to face.
Specialization at it's finest.
I asked Ms. Grier for the name of her Supervisor and for the name of the District Director here in Atlanta.
Supervisor
Ms. Edith Cartmill
District Territory Manager
Mr. Jackie Jefferson

Telephone Call From The IRS
When I got home from work tonight I had a voice message waiting for me on my answering service. I couldn't even make out the name of whoever it was that called they were speaking so unclearly but luckily I was able to catch the telphone number.
I called 706-291-5625 and spoke with Ms. Arlene Levin employee number 0789099. She said she was in Rome, Georgia. I asked to speak with somebody in Atlanta, Georgia. She said she would have somebody from Atlanta call me. I asked when I could expect to be hearing from them. Arlene said within 5 days.

Ms. Coronado
Employee Number 8904422

I've asked Ms. Coronado to set up a Collection Due Process hearing for me. She says she can't do this for me. She gives me the number to the local Atlanta office 404-338-7962. She had to ask me what state Atlanta was in. 1738 est.
I called the local Atlanta office and left my name and number. The recording says they will call me back within 2 business days. 1745 est.
